PERSONALIZATION
The personalization is inclusive of the price and will be handmade for you. Personalization is accomplished by hot stamping with gold foil in Times New Roman font with 10mm size up to three capital letters for initials or 6mm size for names up to six letters with capital first letter. Kindly note that we can only personalize one side of the keycharm.
If you leave personalization box empty, your product will not be customized.
Production is made within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery in Croatia 1-3 working days.
International delivery 5-14 working days.
Product care
If leather gets dirty due to wear, wipe with warm and/or lightly soapy water, then pat dry with a towel. Do not expose foil monograms to hand sanitiser, alcohol or harsh chemicals as this may cause the delicate foil to fade.

Orders from 120€ value of products and within Croatia we deliver free of shipping costs. Below that it costs 3,90€.
- CRO Standard shipping: 2-4 business days
- CRO Prio shipping: 1-2 (charge of 6,90€)
Orders within Europe we deliver from 8.90 € shipping.
- EU standard shipping: 6-10 business days
Orders to UK and USA we deliver from 8.90 € shipping.
- UK standard shipping: 6-10 business days
- USA standard shipping: 7-15 business days
Returns
- We are happy to take back non-personalized products within 14 days. However, the cost of the return must be borne by the customer.
- If your product has been personalized, we cannot accept returns as it has been handmade just for you.
